FAVORITE NEW SPOT! Definitely a hidden gem. Food was absolutely amazing & fresh quality. Service is nice, there was only one guy walking atound but he was very attentive to everyone. Ambiance is lovely with the beautiful decorations and layout!
Amazing food and amazing service. Sweet & Spicy chicken bowl is 10/10 and tempura California roll is a must!

Hidden Gem, I'd say! I've been looking for a good teriyaki place in Downey but every place I went sucked. This place has good chicken and beef teriyaki! The bento box was also good so the food here generally is great, definitely above average. I'm surprised though that there aren't a lot of customers every time I visit during lunch time. I hope your business thrives. Food quality is great!!
Maui is my go to local sushi restaurant. Although service has declined a bit since COVID, the food is great. I typically order the baked salmon roll or the unagi roll and the sweet and spicy chicken. My daughter loves the udon here as well. I will always love the parasols on the ceiling. Such a unique touch of decor!
Delicious and fresh !! Great service and great choice of Menu items. Plus they carry Aloha drinks from Hawaii, a staple drink I Hawaii!! We order out as well as sit in and eat as well. Must try it out!! We've been customers since they first opened!!
We ordered and paid, then somehow the order didn't make it to the kitchen. :/ then they gave us free miso soup it was good. overall it's nice
